  1. Senior Operating Manager
 
DESCRIPTION: 

The Senior Operating Manager is a fulltime position directly reports to the CEO and provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, management and mentoring to the organization’s operational departments, including Medical Services, Medical Training, Human Resources, Finance, and Office Management.
  • Drive the organization to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives; and spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with top leadership to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the objectives of the organization.
  • Foster a positive, success-oriented, accountable environment within the organization.
  • Represent the association with clients, members, and business partners
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar role and 10 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering exemplary, high quality and high impact results
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to contribute to a start-up environment
  • Superior communication skills including experience with executive-level communication
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
 
  1. Director of Business Development
 
DESCRIPTION: 
 
The Director of Business Development is a fulltime position directly reports to the CEO and provides the leadership and management to the Business Development team. This role will be a mixture between account management, marketing and branding. In this role, you will be required to develop, lead and implement new strategies to drive new and existing business partners.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Develop partnerships with health care institutions and maintain long-term relationships with them
  • Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market, and create strategic business development plans
  • Provide team member with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development regarding different phases of the business development cycle and meeting goals.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Must have at least 7 years’ experience in healthcare business development or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Strong planning and communication skills and dedication to develop business.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to contribute to a start-up environment
  • Work experience or education background in Healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field preferred
 
 
  1. Director of Medical Service
 
DESCRIPTION: 
 
The Director of Medical Service is a fulltime position directly reports to the CEO and provides the leadership and management to the Medical Service team. In this role, you will be required to lead a team to provide medical services to designated clients in China and communicate with healthcare professionals and institutions in the US.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Provide strategic leadership for the medical service team to ensure high quality medical services such as remote consultation, overseas medical treatment services, and executive examination for patients.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, partners and clients both in the US and China.
  • Provide and coordinate support, counseling, advocacy to clients
  • Ensure business retention through excellent customer care
  • Provide team member with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience or education background in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in English and Chinese
  • Outstanding ability to manage, organize and prioritize tasks
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to contribute to a start-up environment
  • Service oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards adapting to clients’ needs

  • 严格执行公司规章制度,认真履行工作职责;
  • 负责合理配置劳动岗位把控员工总量;
  • 负责人事考核、考查工作。建立人事档案资料库,规范人才培养、考查选拔工作程序,组织定期与不定期的人事考核、考查的选拔工作;
  • 负责做好公司员工劳动纪律管理工作;
  • 认真做好总部分配的其他工作任务。
